1. General Information and Data Controller

  • 1.1. Administrator: The controller of personal data collected through the LiveLongerNow.org service is RETEK Corp., located at ul. Administracyjna 2b, 11-710 Piecki, Poland, VAT ID: PL7422153037 (hereinafter: "Administrator").
  • 1.2. Contact: For matters related to data protection, the User may contact: info@livelongernow.org.
  • 1.3. Purpose of Document: This Policy explains how we collect, process, and protect User data, ensuring compliance with GDPR (RODO) and international standards (including CCPA).

2. Scope and Nature of Collected Data

  • 2.1. Contact Information: We collect the User's email address to deliver the purchased Report and handle the order.
  • 2.2. Survey Data (Sensitive Data):
    • 2.2.1. The Service processes responses regarding lifestyle, diet, and health provided in the form.
    • 2.2.2. This data is processed exclusively for the purpose of generating an automated Report.
    • 2.2.3. The Administrator does not link survey data with the User's first and last name in a way that allows identification for purposes other than service fulfillment.
  • 2.3. Technical Data: The Service may collect IP addresses, browser data, and operating system information for analytical and security purposes.

3. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing

  • 3.1. Performance of Contract (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR): Processing the email address is necessary to fulfill the order and deliver the Report.
  • 3.2. Consent for Processing Health Data (Art. 9 sec. 2 lit. a GDPR): Due to the nature of the survey, the User expresses voluntary consent to the analysis of health parameters to receive a result before filling it out.
  • 3.3. Legitimate Interest: Data processing for the purpose of pursuing or defending against claims and maintaining statistics.
  • 3.4. Direct Marketing and Upselling (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR): Based on optional consent, we use the email address to send newsletters, information about updates, and special offers regarding LiveLongerNow products and services.
  • 3.5. Reminders and Follow-up: In accordance with our legitimate interest, we may send notifications regarding report readiness or reminders about an incomplete analysis to the provided email address to ensure continuity and high service quality.
  • 3.6. Profiling: We inform you that we use lifestyle information and health parameters provided by the User to personalize presented offers and advice (profiling), so they are as relevant as possible to the User's biological profile.

4. Data Recipients and International Transfer

  • 4.1. Processors: Data may be transferred to trusted technological partners:
    • 4.1.1. Stripe Inc.: For payment processing (card data does not reach the Administrator).
    • 4.1.2. Hosting and Email Providers: For service maintenance and Report delivery.
    • 4.1.3. Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.: For ad campaign optimization and traffic analysis using Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) tools.
  • 4.2. Transfer Outside the EEA (USA): Due to the global nature of the services and the use of providers such as Stripe, data may be transferred to the USA. The Administrator ensures that partners apply standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms guaranteeing a high level of data protection.

5. Data Retention Period

  • 5.1. Transactional Data: Stored for a period of 5 years in accordance with tax and accounting regulations.
  • 5.2. Survey Data: Stored for the period necessary to generate the Report and handle potential complaints (standardly up to 12 months after purchase), unless the User requests its deletion earlier.
  • 5.3. Email Address (Marketing): In the case of consent for the newsletter – until the consent is withdrawn.

6. User Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

  • 6.1. Right of Access and Rectification: The User has the right to inspect and correct their data.
  • 6.2. Right to be Forgotten: The User may request the deletion of their personal data from the Administrator's database.
  • 6.3. Right to Restrict Processing: The User may object to certain forms of data processing.
  • 6.4. Right to Data Portability: The ability to receive one's data in a structured format (e.g., CSV/JSON).
  • 6.5. Implementing Rights: Requests should be sent to info@livelongernow.org.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

  • 7.1. Essential Cookies: Used for the proper functioning of the survey session and shopping cart.
  • 7.2. Analytical and Marketing Cookies: Allow for traffic research (e.g., Google Analytics) and optimization of advertising activities (Meta Pixel & CAPI). The User can manage them through browser settings or the cookie banner.
  • 7.3. No Sale of Data: The Administrator declares that it does not sell personal data or survey results to third parties for advertising purposes.

8. Data Security

  • 8.1. Encryption: The Service uses SSL/TLS protocols, ensuring the confidentiality of data transmitted in forms.
  • 8.2. Access: Access to the database is granted only to authorized persons directly involved in maintaining the service.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

  • 9.1. Updates: The Administrator reserves the right to change this document if new functionalities or changes in international law are introduced.
