Live Longer Now Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

  • 1.1. Administrator: The website available at LiveLongerNow.org (hereinafter: "Service") is operated by RETEK Corp., located at ul. Administracyjna 2b, 11-710 Piecki, Poland, EU VAT: PL7422153037 (hereinafter: "Administrator").
  • 1.2. Contact: The User may contact the Administrator via email at: info@livelongernow.org.
  • 1.3. Scope: These Terms define the rules for using the Service, purchasing Reports, and the rights and obligations of the parties.
  • 1.4. Technical Requirements: To use the Service, a device with Internet access and a browser supporting cookies and PDF documents is required.
  • 1.5. User Age: The Service is intended exclusively for adults (over 18 years of age). By using the Service, the User declares that they meet this condition.

2. Nature of Services and Medical Disclaimer

  • 2.1. Service Definition: The Service offers a generation service for personalized longevity reports (hereinafter: "Report") based on an algorithmic analysis of answers provided by the User in an online survey.
  • 2.2. No Medical Advice:
    • 2.2.1. The content contained in the Report and on the Service is for informational and educational purposes only.
    • 2.2.2. The Report does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or a treatment plan. This information does not replace the professional opinion of a physician.
    • 2.2.3. The Administrator is not a medical entity or a health care provider within the meaning of Polish or American law.
  • 2.3. FDA Statement (USA): Recommendations contained in the Report have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Products or actions suggested in the Report are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any diseases.
  • 2.4. Professional Consultation: Before implementing any changes in diet, physical activity, or supplementation, the User is obligated to consult with an appropriate specialist.
  • 2.5. User Risk: The Administrator is not liable for any health or material damage resulting from the interpretation or application of information contained in the Report.

3. Purchase of Report and Payments

  • 3.1. Order Process: The condition for receiving the Report is:
    • 3.1.1. Correct completion of the survey.
    • 3.1.2. Providing a correct email address.
    • 3.1.3. Paying the price for the selected Report variant.
  • 3.2. Payment Operator: Payments are processed by an external operator, Stripe. The Administrator does not store or have access to the full details of the User's payment cards.
  • 3.3. Prices: Prices listed in the Service are gross prices. In the case of international sales, the price may be converted to local currency according to the exchange rate of the payment operator.
  • 3.4. Moment of Agreement: The agreement for the delivery of digital content is concluded at the moment of payment confirmation by the operator.

4. Product Delivery and No Right of Withdrawal

  • 4.1. Form of Delivery: The Report is delivered immediately after payment as a PDF file to the specified email address.
  • 4.2. Loss of Right of Withdrawal:
    • 4.2.1. Due to the nature of the product (digital content delivered immediately), the User is not entitled to withdraw from the contract after performance has begun (i.e., after the Report has been generated and sent).
    • 4.2.2. By making a purchase, the User expresses explicit consent for the delivery of the Report before the expiry of the withdrawal period and acknowledges that this results in the loss of that right.

5. Complaints and Support

  • 5.1. Submissions: Complaints regarding technical errors (e.g., failure to receive an email, corrupted file) should be directed to info@livelongernow.org.
  • 5.2. Processing Time: The Administrator will resolve complaints within 14 business days.
  • 5.3. Limitation of Complaints: Complaints regarding the substantive content of the Report (e.g., "I do not agree with the lifespan result") will not be considered, as the Report is the result of the User's subjective responses and a statistical algorithm.

6. Privacy Protection

  • 6.1. GDPR and Data: The Administrator processes data in accordance with GDPR regulations. An email address is essential for the performance of the contract.
  • 6.2. Sensitive Data: Lifestyle data provided in the survey is used to generate the Report. Use of data for personalizing marketing and product offers (profiling) takes place only with the explicit, optional consent of the User.
  • 6.3. Security: The Administrator uses SSL certificates and modern encryption methods to protect data sent in the survey.

7. Intellectual Property

  • 7.1. Copyright: All content of the Service, the appearance of the Report, and the calculation algorithms are the property of RETEK Corp.
  • 7.2. License: The User receives a non-exclusive license to use the Report exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Final Provisions

  • 8.1. Changes to Terms: The Administrator may change the terms at any time. The change comes into force on the day the new version is published on the site.
  • 8.2. Governing Law: The law applicable to agreements concluded with the Administrator is Polish law. In the case of disputes with consumers from other countries (e.g., USA), the parties will strive for an amicable resolution.
  • 8.3. Severability Clause: If any provision of the terms is found invalid by a court, the remaining provisions remain in force.
